We create exceptional spaces that enrich the lives of communities.

Wilks Development is a real estate development and investment company that creates long-lasting communities and thriving economies. We do not measure success by price tag or square footage but by the lasting benefits to those who live, work, and play there.

From Bricks to Business

WHO WE ARE

Wilks Development, founded in 2012 by brothers Kyle and Josh Wilks and their cousin Jess Green, is based in Fort Worth and has projects across North and West Texas. As third-generation masons, these three share a love of building structures from the ground up and seeing people come together in them.

As a result, the company has built a diverse portfolio of real estate projects, including sturdy stone storefronts, vibrant multi-family communities, sleek commercial offices, and thriving, walkable neighborhoods. By prioritizing quality and community impact over short-term gains, Wilks Development consistently creates value and success for all stakeholders.
